The Master's degree program in International Business and Consulting at HWR Berlin offers a broad-based business administration education with a focus on international and application-oriented fields. It builds upon Bachelor's-level knowledge and provides students with the opportunity to develop innovative problem-solving approaches.
The program offers two specializations:
Selected students can participate in a dual award program with ESC Rennes (France) or Symbiosis International University in Pune (India).
Graduates in International Strategic Management are prepared for cross-functional positions in international companies, management consultancy, and international state business development agencies. They often work in project management, consultancy, or strategy and change management teams.
Graduates in International Human Resource Management are qualified for specialist and management roles in HR, such as HR business partners, HR specialists, HR management consultants, or HR contractors.
The program is structured over three semesters (or four if an internship or semester abroad is completed). The first two semesters involve modules to deepen knowledge in specialist areas, accompanied by tutorial seminars. The third semester is dedicated to the Master's thesis and final oral examination.
