The Master of Science programme Real Estate & Leadership is an interdisciplinary study program tailored for ambitious Bachelor graduates with backgrounds in engineering, architecture, urban planning, or business administration, as well as young professionals. The program focuses on the real estate sector, combining the perspectives of the community, investors, producers, and users.

The MSc program aims to equip future generalists and managers with the necessary knowledge, encouraging strategic and sustainable thinking. It combines theoretical specialist knowledge and established management concepts with the development of personal skills.

Study Structure:

The program requires the acquisition of 120 ECTS credits, spread over 20 modules and a Master's thesis. The course begins with the Built Environment & Engineering of real estate, providing insights into architectural principles, urban planning, and project management. The Development & Markets phase focuses on the market environment, project development, and stakeholder management. Management & Strategy covers property management, business, entrepreneurship, and digitalization. The Specialisation & Innovation part offers insights into innovative industry topics. Interdisciplinary modules on Sustainability & Leadership are integrated throughout the course.

The program offers a Regular-Track (30 months) and a Fast-Track (24 months) option, with contact hours approximately one full-time week per month and a total study workload of up to 30 hours per week.
