I have had an extremely valuable time studying Applied and Engineering Physics. The courses are designed to give us state of the art in the new emerging technologies in various sectors such as energy, automotive, nuclear, etc. and there is huge scope of research, with the institute's close ties with the Max Planck Institute of Physics and the Walter Schottky Institute. The curriculum is designed to give us a flavour of both research and engineering technology in the field, while understanding of basic physics principles is expected as it is a master's course. I highly recommend this master's if you are passionate about science and technology.
