The IT-Management MBA program at THI prepares IT professionals for leadership roles at the intersection of IT and management, especially in the context of digitalization. It focuses on efficiently supporting business tasks through IT solutions and developing digital business models. The program imparts knowledge in digitalization and comprehensive management skills.
The program covers a range of topics across four semesters:
Graduates are prepared for specialist and management tasks in IT and non-IT companies, including roles in IT departments, departments closely collaborating with IT, and IT service providers. They can assume line or project responsibility in IT companies or specialist responsibility in IT management areas. Target industries include insurance, banking, IT services, automotive, trade, technology, and logistics.
To be admitted to the MBA program, applicants need a first degree with at least 210 ECTS credit points and at least one year of professional experience in IT or related fields. If the first degree has less than 210 ECTS, up to 30 ECTS can be credited from qualified professional experience.
