The EESlmu Master's program was established in 2007 and is designed for both German and international students who have a background in Biology or a related field. The program is taught entirely in English.
The EESlmu Master's program incorporates several innovative elements, including a mentoring program, integrated skills courses, and individualized research training. The program also uses a feedback and revision system in place of traditional grading.
Thanks to funding from the Volkswagen Stiftung, students have the opportunity to apply for funding to support their own research and travel, as well as to invite international speakers.
