International Business Management

The Bachelor's degree program in International Business Management at HWR Berlin prepares graduates for management roles in internationally networked markets. The program is designed to meet industry needs and is taught entirely in English, providing a thorough business administration education with an international and intercultural focus. Graduates are prepared for demanding positions in the international economy.

The program includes two semesters at one of HWR Berlin's 160 international partner universities and a compulsory internship semester, which can also be completed abroad. Soft skills, such as self-organization and foreign languages, as well as IT training, are integrated into the curriculum.

Graduates can work in strategic and operative management, particularly in marketing, finance, accounting, HR, organizational design, supply chain management, and operations management.

The degree program combines classical business administration aspects with international and intercultural issues. The first part of the program takes place at HWR Berlin within an international study group. The second part involves two semesters abroad and an internship semester, either abroad or in an internationally active company.
