The Bachelor in Digital Business at XU Exponential University focuses on sustainability and entrepreneurship, preparing students for a world where technology drives change. The program equips students with the skills, mindset, and hands-on experience to lead the transformation of business and society, using digital tools and innovative thinking to solve global challenges and build forward-looking organizations.

The program covers technology and skills such as mastering digital business models and disruptive technologies, using data analytics and digital tools for sustainable business decisions, developing skills in sustainable supply chain management and ESG integration, and building competencies in digital marketing, e-commerce, and platform strategies. It also includes an entrepreneurship track with a “Startup Campus” program for launching student visions.

Students will cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset focused on sustainable value creation, apply design thinking and agile methodologies to business innovation, learn to balance profit, people, and planet in business decision-making, develop strategic thinking for digital transformation in sustainable contexts, and build skills in stakeholder engagement and ethical leadership.

The program is a 3-year full-time bachelor program (6 semesters, 180 ECTS) or a 6-year part-time program, combining theoretical learning and practical application through real projects. It includes industry partnerships providing hands-on experience with innovative digital initiatives, an internship or entrepreneurship semester for real industry or startup experience, and access to expert mentoring and workshops led by industry professionals.

Graduates will be able to launch and manage digital businesses or social enterprises, drive digital transformation initiatives, and take on roles such as Digital Transformation Strategist, Digital Business Developer, or Social Entrepreneur. They will also be able to bridge the gap between technological innovation and environmental responsibility.
