The Master's program in Cultural Studies at the University of Lucerne is an integrated program that combines subject-specific training with interdisciplinarity and free choice. Students choose one of the participating subjects as a major, including Cultural and Social Anthropology, History, Jewish Studies, Philosophy, Political Sciences, Study of Religions, Sociology, and Science Studies. Additionally, students can create their own specializations by selecting courses from the entire course catalog offered by the participating subjects.
This program prepares students for professional opportunities within their chosen major, as well as at the intersection of cultural creation, science, the public, the media, the economy, and politics.
