The Strategy, Global Risk & Security Management MBA program is designed to meet the growing demands of corporate security in a globalized world. It provides excellent preparation for new management requirements in a complex environment by combining strategy, risk, and security management in a global context. The program facilitates intercultural exchange between students through a worldwide study option in English and in a digital form.



The program covers a range of topics across four semesters:




  • 1st Semester: Project Management, Specific Methodological Competencies, Self-Competence and Social Competence at the Workplace


  • 2nd Semester: Strategic Value Management, Strategic Management, Enterprise Security & Safety Management


  • 3rd Semester: Governance, Risk and Compliance, Leadership, Cyber Security Strategies


  • 4th Semester: Strategic Crisis Management, Global Risk Management & Resilience, Digital Analytics




The fifth semester is dedicated to the master thesis.



Graduates of this MBA program can work as experts or managers in areas such as enterprise strategy, corporate governance, business development, risk management, and enterprise security, as well as in expansion or strategic controlling.



Admission requirements




  • A Diploma / Bachelor degree (210 ECTS) or an equivalent successful domestic or foreign degree is required.


  • At least one year of professional experience in the respective field of study acquired after the first academic degree.
