The MSc Global Management and Governance is an applied business administration study program with extensive scientific content. It aims to equip future specialists and managers with the necessary knowledge and encourage strategic and sustainable thinking. This consecutive program is designed for ambitious Bachelor's graduates.

The program requires 120 ECTS credits for completion. It covers a broad range of business administration theory, as well as relevant economic and legal topics. Internationality, business ethics, and governance are integrated throughout the modules.



The first nine modules and module 12 are core modules. Modules 10 and 11 offer specializations in Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, or Entrepreneurship. The program concludes with a six-month thesis.

  • Semester 1-5: Core modules covering topics such as Sustainable Innovation, Ethical Reasoning, Economics, International Accounting, International Politics, International Strategic Management, Financial Management, Leadership & Human Resource Management, and Legal, Compliance & Business Ethics.

  • Study Trip: Options include Silicon Valley (USA), London (UK), Brussels (Belgium), or Hamburg/Berlin (Germany).


  • Master's Thesis & Colloquium: Concludes the program.
